individual puppy photos- Newborns

Here is each puppy photographed at less than 24 hours of age. Some of them stayed still better than others, so sorry on the ones I couldn't get a great shot.

Everyone arrived safe and sound and Lassen is being a great momma.

Our total is
3 boys: 1 black 2 blue
6 girls: 2 black 4 blue

We are having puppies

They are still coming, but so far we have :
1 black tri boy
1 blue merle boy
2 black tri girls
3 blue merle girls

Getting Close

We are almost to the main event. Lassen's water broke and she is extremely restless.

Lassen dug around in the old blankets and sheets I gave to her until she considered it good enough to take a short nap.

Puppies soon!

Lassen's temperature has dropped so that means we should start getting puppies within 24 hours. Keep posted!

X-rays

X-Rays were done today and it appears Lassen is going to have 9 puppies again!

She is getting very big and uncomfortable (poor girl). I think she will have the puppies a bit earlier than her due date because of how many there are, so keep tuned early next week for updates as we go!
